13 April 2010 - National event with the Greek National Europass Centre organised by E-ISOTIS
E-Isotis Information Society Open to Impermanent is organizing a National Event on the 13th April 2010 in Athens to present the Europass Language Passport, within the framework of the programme ELP-DESK. The event will be organized in a central hotel and guest speakers will present the Europass documents, paying particular attention to the Europass Language Passport and its value for mobility around Europe. Moreover guest speakers will present the value of the document for young people finishing secondary education, youth, employees, students. The National Europass Center will participate in the event and present the value of Europass Language Passport in mobility around Europe for educational or professional purposes.

The Europass Language Passport was described to the employees representing Job Centres and Information Centres for Young People from all the region, illustrating how to fill it out, how useful it could be to be prepared by all sorts of users, such as unemployed people, the ones searching for an employment, recent graduates, students, young people, migrant citizens, etc. This tool will then be further disseminated during their labs addressing the various users.

2 March 2010 - Careers Service Second focus group open to students and recent graduates
About 20 recent graduates were present with the colleagues from Careers Service. A presentation was made on the Elp-desk project with a first general overview of all Europass five tools and then with a specific focus on the CV first and then on the Language Passport. Then, a practical session was held, explaining how to fill out the ELP and giving about ten minutes time to all participants to read the assessment grid and then asking them to try to assess themselves in their language skills. The participants were able to get individual support in identifying their language skills and could ask any questions concerning the tool.
12 March 2010 - Giving Sisyphus a Hand
Challenge and Reality in EU Project Marketing Dissemination Conference hosted by E.N.T.E.R. - European Network for Transfer and Exploitation of EU Project Results in cooperation with Europe Direct Network Styria. Auxilium presented the ELP-Desk project at an international dissemination conference attended by institutions from Austria and the EU.

Meeting with the coordinator of project PRMACLT where Tempo Training and Consulting (CZ) was present. Promotion of Matching Competences in Language Training, where the elp-DESK project was presented and the idea of co-operation was provided. Also the suggestion to undertake the dissemination event in Spain was made.
27 January 2010 - Confindustria Emilia Romagna (Italian Association of Industrials) Focus group
Fondazione Aldini Valeriani organised, with the cooperation of Confindustria Emilia Romagna, a focus group involving about ten companies’ representatives to promote the idea of prototyping the ELP into companies as a recruiting as well as an internal auditing tool.
